I have noticed this as well. I am a high school students, and I have noticed that a large percentage of my friends get anxiety and panic attacks.

School, parents, and society in general puts a lot of pressure on teens. I don’t think many people realize how stressfull it is to be a teenager today.

  2. As a sufferer myself I can relate to all that you have said in your article. I’m sure it will be of benefit to many others. I hope all sufferers will get the right treatments and help that they need. Thank you.
