According to a repoRt on http://www.nbc29.com out of virginia , teens are experiencing higher rates of anxiety such as panic attacks, and depression during their high school years. findings at a virginia high school state that Students as young as 13 are in the nurse’s office for panic attacks. They say Teenagers drive to be perfect and causes a real fear of failure in boys and girls .

I have noticed this as well. I am a high school students, and I have noticed that a large percentage of my friends get anxiety and panic attacks.
School, parents, and society in general puts a lot of pressure on teens. I don’t think many people realize how stressfull it is to be a teenager today.
